Meet Your Manager Meeting
I want to thank everyone who came to our Meet Your Manager Q&A with our new manager Jeff Gollihar from Community One. I hope it helped to be able to meet and speak with Jeff personally.

Garden maintenance help
Hi neighbors! Nice to meet you all... This is our first post on the forum. :) Does anyone at Clarewood or nearby currently hire a gardener for regular (1x month) maintenance, or would be interested in going in on service with us? Or if not, any reasonably-priced gardener recommendations to share?

Water Shutoff Tuesday Dec. 8
A CTA member is making plumbing changes and needs the incoming water to be shut off briefly. The window is Tuesday Dec. 8 from 8:30 am to 10:30 am. It is unlikely to take that whole time. More likely one hour.

Deck Recommendations
Hi
It looks like my entire deck needs to be replaced - even after the repair work I did last summer! :-( For those of you who have replaced your decks - do you have any recommendations for contractors?
Any advice? I realize The Architectural Group will need an application, and I will probably need a permit. UGH!!!!
