Holiday decorations
Hi Everyone,
I am checking in regarding Holiday decorations. My neighbor Shirley has her yearly decorations up. I know how much energy she puts into them and how much joy she gets from the display each year. I especially like how she decorates the large oak tree with items hanging down and how it lights up at night. My concern is the other side of her house and the amount of decorations that are there heading quickly towards the down hill neighbor. Is that HOA property or Shirleys? It...
