Painting status???
What is the status of the painting. We were asked by the painter to email them with any concerns/issues. I sent an email with several issues two weeks ago. I haven’t heard back from them. Amongst other things, they power washed my deck, but did not paint it. It now looks horrible. Any advice on how to get a response from them?

current master insurance policy?
I'm in the middle of a refi (crazy, I know) and need to provide a copy of the master insurance policy. The versions in the files section expired in April. How can I get a copy of the current policy?
