Water shut off
Hi Everyone,
I just want to alert you that we have a notice from EBMUD on Monday, September 16th, they will shut our water off about 11AM for 60 - 90 Minutes.
They are doing work on the meter. Plan your showers, etc accordingly, please..

Yet another car accident on Clarewood Drive!
Well it happened again: a car accident on Clarewood Drive, near the intersection with Clarewood Lane. This is the second time in a year. And it isn't at all surprising. There only two speed limit signs on the Drive, and both are often visually blocked by foliage. Cars, trucks, and motorcycles come screeching down the Drive going down hill at highway speeds.
