Next Potluck (and cookie exchange) - Sat, Dec 6
Hi everyone, the next potluck will be Saturday, December 6, 5 pm - 8 pm.
Joce and I teaming up on this one because we are combining the potluck with a holiday cookie/sweets exchange. At the last barbecue it sounded like we had a few bakers in the neighborhood.

No Construction on Tuesday 11/11 - - Asphalt Repairs will Resume on Wednesday 11/12 on Upper Lane
There are NO RESTRICTIONS on parking or vehicle access tomorrow (TUESDAY, 11/11). The trash, recycling, and organics trucks will be able to make their pickups.
On WEDNESDAY (11/12), Brixco will resume paving repairs on the upper Lane from Unit 77 all the way up to the upper entrance. Please obey all remaining NO PARKING signs along the upper Lane on WEDNESDAY.&...

Brixco did not make as much progress as hoped on Friday. Work remains to be completed on the Lane between Units 38/39 and the Clubhouse. RPS has promised to assist residents with getting in and out of their garages in that section of the Lane on Monday. If you need help, flag down an RPS or Brixco crew member. The lower Drive entrance is expected to be available all day.
